⊙ As for matters the notarization for which are compulsory according to laws and administrative regulations, the natural persons, legal persons or other organizations are required to apply for the handling of notarization by the notary public institutes.

Huadu Notary Office, located in northern Guangzhou, formerly known as Hua County Notary Office, Huadu City Notary Office and Huadu District Notary Office, is the first batch of Intellectual Property Notarization Service Demonstration Institutions and the first session of members of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Development Association. Huadu Notary Office has set up the first " Fast Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Service Center Notarization Service Office" in Guangzhou. Huadu Notary Office has 47 staff, including 13 notaries.

According to the Notarization Law of the People's Republic of China, where a natural person, legal person or other organization requests for notarization, he/it may file an application to Huadu Notary Office of the place where his/its domicile or habitual residence is located, or where the relevant act is committed, or where the relevant event occurs in Guangzhou City.
