Scope of Notarization Business

  In accordance with Article 11 of the Notarization Law of the People's Republic of China, at the application of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations, the notary public institutes handle the following notarization matters:

  ⊙ Contract;

  ⊙ Inheritance;

  ⊙ Entrustment, declaration, bestowal and testament;

  ⊙ Property division;

  ⊙ Tendering and bidding, auction;

  ⊙ Marital status; kinship and adoption;

  ⊙ Birth, survival, death, identity, experience, education background, academic degree, position, professional title, and criminal record;

  ⊙ Articles of Association;

  ⊙ Evidence preservation;

  ⊙ Signature, seal and date on instruments, photocopy of instruments, and conformity between photocopy and original document;

  ⊙ Other notarization matters the handling of which are voluntarily applied for by natural persons, legal persons or other organizations.

  ⊙ As for matters the notarization for which are compulsory according to laws and administrative regulations, the natural persons, legal persons or other organizations are required to apply for the handling of notarization by the notary public institutes.

  In accordance with Article 12 of the Notarization Law of the People's Republic of China, at the application of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations, the notary public institutes handle the following notarization matters:

  ⊙ Matters to be registered by notary public institutes according to laws and administrative regulations;  

  ⊙ Escrow;

  ⊙ Preservation of testament, legacy or other property, articles and instruments relating to notarization matters;

  ⊙ Writing legal affairs instruments relating to notarization matters on behalf of the parties concerned;

  ⊙ Provision of legal consultancy relating to notarial.
