Experiences notarization refers to the activity where a notary public institution verifies the authenticity of a natural person’s actual activity during a specific period within the Chinese territories. This type of notarization primarily confirms details such as the start and end dates of an applicant’s employment, the applicant’s employer, and job responsibilities.

The notary public institution is required to perform the review in accordance with relevant regulations. ★ Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all supporting materials must be submitted in originals along with a corresponding number of photocopies. Photocopies must be complete, clear, and the true copies of the originals (e.g., ID cards must be photocopied on both front and back sides).
Materials Typically Required for Experiences Notarization:
1. Applicant’s Identity Certificates:
① Chinese mainland citizens shall provide ID Card and household register;
② Foreigners shall provide Passport;
③ Residents of Taiwan, China shall provide Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents and ID Card;
④ Residents of Hong Kong and Macao, China shall provide Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents and ID Card.
