Ms. Feng Yajie, Dora joined AllBright Law Offices (Guangzhou) in 2018, before which Ms. Feng has worked for JunHe LLP (Guangzhou) for several years. Ms. Feng focuses her practices on cross-broder investment and trade and dispute resolutions.

Ms. Feng obtained her LLB from the University of Hong Kong in 2015. During her study there, she participated in the joint study program of the HKU and Duke University in 2013 and has received many scholarships.

Overseas Investment

·Provided legal services for Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. on its overseas tendering project of fuel cell equipment

·Provided legal services for an A-share listed company on its overseas invested factories (including in Mauritius, Kenya, Ghana and Tanzania), acquisition of an Italian company which has undergone bankruptcy proceedings and acquisition of majority shares in an overseas joint venture company

·Provided due diligence services for a company on its acquisition of three overseas entertainment projects 

Foreign Investment

·Advised an international aircraft engineering and maintenance group on the relocation project of its Chinese subsidiary and factory 

·Provided legal services for Sime Darby on its acquisition of 8 4S stores within Guangdong

·Provided legal services for Macquarie Group on its acquisition of an environmental company group 

·Provided legal services for Link Real Group on its acquisition of Metropolitan Plaza in Guangzhou and advised on the overseas shareholding structure of such project

Dispute Resolution

·Achieved a settlement for a HK company on its contract dispute against a Nasdaq-listed company in a CIETAC arbitration, worth over USξ 2 million

·Represented BAMKO, LLC on enforcement of an arbitration award against Shenzhen Dongyuan Star Co., Ltd.
