Mr. Wang is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Wang’s main practice areas include: capital markets, bond issuance, corporate investment, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring & reform, private equity investment, overseas investment and foreign direct investment.
Mr. Wang also has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate private placement, specifically involving energy, mining, automobiles, real estate, banking, infrastructure, manufacturing, electricity, pharmaceutical, supply chain, food & beverage, telecommunications, distribution & retail, and other industries.

Mr. Wang graduated from Fudan University with an LLB degree in International Economic Law, and later from Washington University in St. Louis with a JD degree.

Zhongshen Jianye Holding Limited’s Listing on HKSE Main Board;

Polestar’s Listing on US SPAC;

Bank of Communications (A+H) spin-off BOCOM International Holdings Co. Ltd.’s Listing on HKSE Main Board (ranked as 2017 “Deal of the Year” by China Business Law Journal).

Mr. Wang’s Mergers and Restructuring selected projects includes:

The joint investor formed by Zhuhai Apex Technology Co., Ltd. (now Ninestar Corporation) together with Pacific Alliance Group（PAG）and Legend Capital acquiring 100% shares of the world renowned printer and software company – US Lexmark International Inc. – at ξ40.5 per share; the entire transaction’s enterprise value totaled approximately ξ4 billion;

Zhuhai Apex Technology Co., Ltd.’s (now Ninestar Corporation) 2015 acquisition of US printing-supplies producer Static Control Component Inc. and purchase of major assets.

Mr. Wang was awarded The Legal 500’s 2020 and 2021 annual “highly recommended partner” in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
