It is worth mentioning that in the fields of logistics & warehouse and commercial circulation, Mr. Liu has been providing legal service for various leading companies. In addition, Mr. Liu has been retained as legal consultant for many international and domestic listed companies, offering professional legal advices regarding their refinancing, bonds offering, foreign investments and asset-restructuring with his in-depth knowledge and extensive practical experience in share allotment, seasoned equity offering and bonds issuance.
