Alice Xiong has been working at JunHe LLP. She has participated in numerous IPOs and refinancing projects in Hong Kong, the United States and Singapore, possessing extensive experience in overseas listings and restructuring. She also assists multiple clients in due diligence, investment, and mergers and acquisitions in the fields of healthcare, education, high-end manufacturing, commercial retail, and real estate. Prior to joining JunHe, she worked at two well-known international law firms.
