Mr. Donnie Wang has been practicing law since 2003. His areas cover white-collar crime, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Wang is well versed in handling criminal cases, especially in the field of white-collar crime. He has provided criminal defense, criminal accusation, criminal compliance, internal investigation and other legal services to many domestic and foreign enterprises and individuals, not only achieving favorable results but also receiving clients’ recognition and appreciation.

Mr. Wang has also advised multinational corporations across diverse industries on intellectual property disputes for a long time and has successfully handled many high-profile cases involving the infringement on trade secret, trademark and copyright.

Before starting a career as an attorney, Mr. Wang worked for a procuratorate in Guangzhou for 7 years, during which he successfully investigated and handled many high-profile cases involving corruption, accepting or offering bribes, misappropriation of public funds, embezzlement, and misappropriation of organizations’ funds. Before joining JunHe, Mr. Wang worked for a reputable UK consulting firm and its joint-venture law firm in China for many years as the regional litigation head and compliance officer.
