With over ten years experience, Attorney Wang has rich experience in litigation and non litigation affairs. She is familiar with laws and regulations related to foreign investment and international trade. Attorney Anna Wang graduated from the City University of Hong Kong, School of Law, with a Master's degree in Law. She also studied law in the United State and graduated from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, with a Master's degree of law in International Corporate Law. Attorney Wang has given several special lectures on topics of foreign-related dispute resolution, cross-border corporate compliance, and the growth of foreign-related lawyers at different law firms, universities, and client companies. She has also participated in part of the recording on the courses of International Commercial Arbitration. She has published many articles on foreign-related legal practice and training experience on her personal official blog, and has rich experience in foreign-related business of enterprises in China as well as FDI and ODI legal service for clients from different countries.
