I am Annette Cheung, a lawyer from ETR Law Firm. Since commencing my legal career, I have dealt with a wide range of cases, specialising in civil and commercial contract disputes, construction, marriage and succession, international trade and transport of goods, foreign-related litigation and arbitration, in addition to providing legal advice to governments, institutions and enterprises.I am a vital member of the legal advisory team for numerous provincial and municipal governments, institutions and enterprises. Furthermore, I acted as a contracting attorney for Guangzhou Metro Group Co.,Ltd. in its litigation packaging project. My legal services also include counselling, litigation and arbitration, which I provide to Hong Kong enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and foreign clients. 11. Acted for Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the protection of property rights, the foreign factor involved was that one of the parties was a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong company.

12. Drafted contracts for a Guangzhou-based technology company in relation to its Amazon cross-border e-commerce shop (U.S. site) project.
