Ms.Chen has advised the IPOs of many China-based companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and U.S. stock exchanges. The U.S. IPO project of Puyi, Inc., in which Ms.Chen served as the Issuer’s PRC legal counsel, was selected by Guangdong Lawyers Association as the typical cases in 2019.
She also has extensive legal experience in outbound & inbound investment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives and other complex projects. Ms.Chen is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services for establishment and financing of high-end technical talents and start-ups in China.
