Lawyer Chen Yuting graduated from China University of Political Science and Law majoring in Law, and got a master degree in International Economic Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is currently practicing in Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Guangzhou), and is able to use English and Japanese as working languages.
Lawyer Chen Yuting has extensive experience in various fields. In dispute resolution, she represented an automobile manufacturer in a series of contractual disputes; in M&A, she provided due diligence and ancillary legal services for state-owned enterprises' equity investment and equity exit; in bankruptcy and liquidation, she participated in the bankruptcy project of an energy company and acted as the agent to apply for the mandatory liquidation of a company ; and in trademarks, she has written trademark-related legal documents for a number of enterprises.

1. Provided legal services for Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.  in the issuance of US dollar bonds in 2024 (with a scale of not more than USD 500 million), assisted in reviewing all the legal documents in English during the course of the project, and finally issued a legal opinion in English;

2. Provided legal services for the equity structure reform and debt restructuring project of GAC Mitsubishi Motors  Co.,Ltd, and represented it in more than ten cases of contractual disputes involving a series of contractual disputes due to equity changes;

4. Applied for compulsory liquidation of Huilai Lantian Industrial Investment Co. as bankruptcy administrator of Guangdong Lanyue Energy Development Co;

5. Southern Medical University's equity withdrawal project from Guangdong Nanfang Jieling Science and Technology Industry Co.
