Lawyer Wen Xu, studied at Peking University, University of Washington in Seattle and other famous institutions of higher education, with an experience of nearly 40 years in legal service, he had enjoyed special allowance of The State Council in the medical and health industry since 1992 and won the title of "young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions" of The State Council.
