York Jiang, the partner of AllBright Guangzhou Office, patent attorney, RTTP. 20 years experience in IP law area, once served in Rouse, and served as the IP counsel of JETRO Guangzhou Representative Office. He was selected into pool of "Guangdong Provincial Foreign-Related IP lawyers","Guangdong Provincial Foreign-Related lawyers Leading Talent" and one of the IP Leaders of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the year of 2021-2022.

Bachelor of Engineering from Xiangtan University, Master of Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

In 2019, the case won the Foreign-related Legal Services Typical Case Award issued by Guangdong lawyers Association.
