Mr. Andy Li is a partner and lawyer of Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Guangzhou). He has been practicing in China for 20 years. His practice areas include M&A, cross-border transactions and investment, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate governance and compliance management, real estate and construction engineering, etc. Since practicing law, Mr. Li has provided services to many of the world's Top 500 central and foreign enterprises, as well as China's Top 500 service enterprises, including China Southern Airlines Co., LTD., China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Co., LTD., Kraft Heinz Group, Guangdong Radio and Television Network Co., LTD. Mr. Li has also assisted many clients to successfully complete a number of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transaction projects, and represented clients to win a number of litigation and arbitration cases, and won unanimous praise from clients.

Mr. Li received his bachelor's degree and master's degree from China University of Political Science and Law, as well as master's degree of International Business Law from University of Manchester, UK. He co-published "Corporate Law Practical Wisdom" and "Corporate Law Practical Wisdom II", and he is currently co-publishing "Lawyers M&A and Securities Business Required Course: Essence of Practice and Case Analysis"

Mr. Li and other team members were commissioned by Guangzhou Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd. to provide due diligence services on the transfer of 50% of the subsidiary's equity to seven strategic investors, led by one of the four major asset management companies, after its subsidiary won an asset package worth tens of billions of yuan through a public auction (the transaction was reported as an "epic transaction"). The project won the business Achievement Award of Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
