Liang Xiaoqing, attorney at law, has graduated from the Law School of Zhongshan University and obtained bachelor's and master's degree of law, continued to study in McGeorge School of Law of the University of the Pacific in California, and obtained the master's degree of Transnational Business Practice. Ms Liang is attorney at law admitted to practice laws in China and State of New York, USA, certified as CICS, master of enterprise internal control. Mr. Liang is a lawyer representative of the 10th Guangzhou Lawyers Representative Conference, a lawyer in the Guangzhou Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Pool, and a member of the Energy and Environmental Protection Business Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
Ms. Liang has rich practicing experience at law for more than 20 years.
